If you need help while using impact.com's mobile app, you can submit a support ticket detailing your friction point or query.
In the upper-left corner, select your profile icon.
On your Account screen, select Help & Support.
On the Help & Support screen, select Log a support ticket.
On the Ticket History screen, select Create a new ticket, then complete the following details:
Subject: Sum up your issue within 140 characters.
Issue Type: Indicate a category for your query. If you are unsure about which category to pick, select Support, UI & General Inquiry.
CC Emails (Optional): Add an email address that will receive an email notification when you submit the ticket. Select
[Add] Add another email to add multiple email addresses.
Description: Add more information about the issue you're experiencing in as much detail as possible.
Ticket Access:
[Toggle on] to make this ticket accessible to all the account users.
Select Create.
When you've created the ticket, keep an eye on the status to track the progress.
You can view the ticket details, leave a comment, or respond to a comment.
On the Ticket History screen, select the ticket you want to view.
View the ticket details:
Ticket number: The unique identifier of the ticket, e.g., #123456.
Created by: The person who created the ticket.
Created: The date on which the ticket was created.
Issue type: The issue category.
Ticket status: The current status of the ticket. Statuses include:
Open: A ticket submitted by you or a member of your account that's waiting for a response from impact.com.
Pending: impact.com has reviewed your ticket and is working on a solution.
Awaiting your response: impact.com has responded to your ticket and needs your response to continue.
Resolved: The ticket has been resolved and is no longer active.
Closed: The ticket has been closed and is no longer active.
To add a comment, select the ticket tile, Write a reply at the bottom of the screen, type your comment, then select Send.
