This article explains how to create a Gift with Purchase deal, a promotional offer where customers receive a free item when they make a qualifying purchase. Use this feature to encourage higher spending, increase customer satisfaction, and boost sales by incentivizing purchases with a valuable gift.
From the left navigation bar, select
[Engage] → Content → Deals.
In the top right corner, select Create Deal
[Drop-down menu] → Gift with Purchase.
Enter a Name for your deal.
Enter a Description for the deal, with a maximum length of 255 characters.
Provide a Link to the relevant landing page for your deal. For example, a link to one of your upcoming Fall Collection sales.
[Toggle on] Seasonal and apply a period to the deal from the
[Drop-down menu].
[Toggle on] Deal Scope and select how broadly or specific this deal applies to your store from the
[Drop-down menu]. There are 3 options to choose from: Entire Store, Category or Product.
Optionally, enter a Default Promo Code for this deal to automatically apply a discount or promotion without needing manual code entry.
Enter the name of the free Gift that will be given upon purchase.
[Toggle on] Minimum Purchase and enter the spending amount required before the deal is activated.
[Toggle on] Maximum Savings and enter the amount of savings allowed for this deal.
[Toggle on] Limited Time Deal to set a limited time for this deal.
Set a Timezone from the
[Drop-down menu].
In the Advanced Settings section, configure the following settings:
[Toggle on] Align Ads and Promo Codes to align ads and promo codes for this deal.
[Toggle on] Restrict Partner Access to set which partner groups can use this deal.
Search for the Partner Groups you want to grant access to this deal.
Select Save.
