Schedule a Collection

This article covers configuring your Creator Edit portal and is not relevant to the impact.com app. Contact us to learn more. Once you’ve created a collection, you can schedule it to automatically go live and expire at specific dates and times. This is useful for planning seasonal, promotional, or time-sensitive collections in advance.

  1. Navigate to <your name> [Drop-down menu] [Drop-down] in the upper right corner and select Admin.

  2. From the left navigation menu, select Product Catalog and navigate to Curated collections.

  3. In the Actions column of the collection you want to schedule, select Edit.

  4. [Toggle on] [Toggle on] Active to make your collection active.

    Note: For scheduling to work, the collection must be set to Active even if the start date is in the future.

  5. In the Schedule section, set your Start Date, End Date.

    • You can also choose the time and timezone.

    • Your start and end dates must be set to future dates.

  6. Select Submit.
