impact.com automatically suspends brand accounts that are more than 60 days overdue on either impact.com fee payments or partner payments.
You have limited access to the impact.com platform. You can only log in, contact support, and deposit funds into your funding account.
Your account operations such as tracking, reversals, subscriptions, and FTPs will continue to work while your account is suspended.
Make a deposit to your impact.com account that is sufficient to cover the full overdue balance.
As soon as the payment has been applied to your funding account, access to the platform will be automatically restored.
