Partners can add their own comments to an open violation, which will appear as a thread when viewing it.
Note: When adding comments, always make sure to select Save Violation at the bottom of the screen to ensure your comment is saved.
In the left navigation menu, select
Protect → Violations.On the Violations screen, hover over the violation you want to view or add comments and select Edit.
Go to the Comments section to view — if you wish to respond, select
Add comment.Select Add to submit your comment.
Select Save Violation to save your comment and update the violation.
