Manage Saved Reports as a Partner

Once you have changed a report's filters and saved the view, you can make various adjustments to the saved report view.

Manage a saved report

  1. From the top navigation bar, select Reports → Saved Reports.

  2. Select the name of the saved report you want to manage.

    • Optionally, select Delete to remove a report from your saved reports.

  3. Select the [Drop-down menu] [Drop-down menu] so see actions you can take.

    Clear

    Select this option to temporary clear your customizations and view the default view of this report again.

    Edit

    Use this option to edit your report data view. (e.g., selected Date Range).

    1. Select Edit and make the desired changes.

    2. Once complete, select Update.

    Delete

    Select this option to Delete this saved report.

    Save As

    Use this option to save a duplicate customized report under a new name. This is useful you have made extensive changes to the report and want to save a different one with only a few changes.

    1. Select Save As and change the name of your report.

    2. Select Save.
