A coupon ad is a text link ad tied to one of your deals that allows customers to receive some type of discount at checkout. It's an efficient method to share deals with multiple partners.
Note: Coupon ads do not credit a specific partner or media source. If you want to share your deals with individual partners with unique crediting logic, consider using promo codes instead.
Partners can include your coupon ads in their content to direct customers to your promotions. Partners will only be credited according to the crediting logic configured in your program, e.g., last click attribution.
From the left navigation bar, select [Engage] → Content → Ads.
In the top-right corner, select Create Ad [Drop-down menu] → Coupon.
Enter the Name of the ad.
Enter the Link Text you want consumers to see.
Enter a Description of the ad.
Enter the Landing Page to which the ad should redirect.
You can set a custom landing page by selecting Custom from the [Drop-down menu]. Custom landing pages can be viewed on mobile device browsers.
[Toggle on] Add metadata to this ad. Then, from the drop-down list, select the field and enter the value of the query parameters you want to pass.
You can add more parameters by selecting [Add Item].
Metadata added to your ads will be appended to the end of the ad's tracking links.
If you select the Custom parameter you can set both the parameter name and value.
Add Labels to the ad so your partners can more easily find them.
[Toggle on] Restrict Partner Access to set which partners can use this ad. Search for the partners you want this ad to be usable for from the Search partners field.
Optionally, add Promotional Details.
Promotional details can help you organize ads and also help your partners find them more conveniently.

Optionally, select Add new deal to add a new deal to this ad.
Seasonal
Select [Toggle on], then choose a seasonal theme from the drop-down list.
Top Seller
Select [Toggle on] to select the offer as a top-selling item.
Time-Limited Promotion
Select [Toggle on], then set a start and end date for the promotion.
Custom Promo Code
Select [Toggle on] to allow the partner to request their own unique promo code for this promotion.
Optionally, select Show Advanced Settings to expand and configure settings.
Select the Language in which you want to serve this ad from the [Drop-down menu].
[Toggle on] Deep Linking if you want to give partners the ability to deep-link to specific web pages with this ad.
Select [Unchecked box] Setup a third-party impression pixel for this ad if you want to record how users interact with your ad.
Select Save If you want partners to begin using the ad as soon as you finish creating it.
Optionally, select [Unchecked box] and Save as a draft.
Optionally, select the [Drop-down menu] if you want to Save and create another or Save and create another with same settings.
