Once you fill in your Company Information, some information is listed on the marketplace listing. It helps offer brands more detail about your business and provides contact details for internal purposes.
Manage your company information
From the left navigation bar, select [Menu] → Settings.
In the General section, select Company Information.
Find the information you want to manage and select [Edit].
There are 4 areas of information that you can fill in. See the references below for more information.
Make your changes, then select Save.
Field | Description |
Name | Enter your name into the field and select Save. If you're already approved in the marketplace:

Website | From the [Drop-down menu], select https if your website is served securely or http if it is not. Enter your domain name and select Save. |
Phone Number | From the [Drop-down menu], select the country that your phone number originates from, then enter your phone number. You can store up to 2 phone numbers on your account. |
Timezone | The timezone that all dates and times in your account are set to. This cannot be changed. |
Currency | View the currency that you selected in your impact.com application. This cannot be changed. |

Indirect Tax Information (Non-US partners only) | Indirect tax information can't be adjusted from the Company Information page. If you're operating your impact.com program in a country that levies an indirect tax, you must specify the type of tax and country you're registered in from the Tax Information page.

Indirect Tax Number (Non-US partners only) | The indirect tax number associated with your account. |
Organization Type | Select the title that best represents your organization and select Save. |
EIN/SSN/Foreign Tax Id (US partners only) | Automatically extracted from your W9 tax form for US-based partners. If you are US-based and your organization is registered outside of the US, enter your Foreign Tax ID . If you are not US-based, enter "n/a" and our financial team will contact you if more information is needed. |
Additional Tax ID | If applicable, enter a second Tax ID. |
Field | Description |
Finance Contact | This person is your company's point of contact for financial matters. They handle finance-related concerns, such as payments or invoices. |
Technical Contact | This person is your company's point of contact for technological concerns. They handle the technology implementation for your business. |
Commercial Contact | This person is your company's point of contact for business dealings. They handle legal issues, contracts, and anything business-related. |
Security Contact | This person is your company's point of contact for matters related to compliance and security policies. |
Your user profile holds information about your account, such as general settings and account details. You can find your company information under Account Details. Some of your company information appears in your Marketplace listing, to offer brands details about your business and to provide contact details for internal purposes.
View your company information
This is information that you provided when setting up your partner account. You cannot make edits to this information within the mobile app. If you left a field empty when creating your account, it will display "No results".
In the upper-left corner, select your profile icon.
Make sure that you are in the correct account. For more information, refer to Manage Your Partner User Profile.
Select Account Details.
Use the navigation bar below your account name to toggle between information categories.

Field | Description |
Website | The URL of your website. |
Phone Number | The number with which you can be reached during work hours. |
Alternative Phone Number | A second phone number that you can be reached by should the primary number fail. |
Minimum Contact Rating | The lowest rating that can be assigned to the partner's conversation — used for internal purposes. |
Timezone | The timezone that all dates and times are set to in your account. |
Currency | The currency that you selected in your impact.com application. This cannot be changed. |
Registered for Indirect Tax | This will say Yes/No depending on what you selected during your impact.com application. |
Organization Type | Your organization type as stated in your account creation. This can be 1 of 7 options: Non-profit/government, Corporation, Individual/Sole proprietor, Partnership, LLC/LLP/LLS, Trust, or Other. |
EinSsnForeign Tax Id | Depending on what you input during your account creation, this will display your Employer Identification Number (EIN), Social Security Number (SSN), Foreign Tax ID , or "n/a". |
