View Brand Resources

Your brand may provide resources like YouTube videos, PDFs, or training guides, which offer easy access to valuable information. You can reference these resources by following the steps outlined below.

  1. From the top navigation bar, select Content → Resources.

  2. Use the filters to find specific resources. Refer to the filter reference table for more details.

    • Optionally, use the search bar to find a resource by Name.

    Category

    • Case Study: A real-life example showing how a brand's product/service solved a problem and delivered results.

    • Interview: Q&A with a person or customer sharing insights or experiences about the brand or project.

    • Pitch Deck: A quick visual presentation that highlights key details of the brand's business or project, usually via a sharing link.

    • Presentation: A spoken communication used to inform or persuade an audience on a business or their products.

    • Rate Card: A list of prices for products or services, outlining different packages or tiers by a brand.

    • Testimonial: A short endorsement from a satisfied customer, to build trust in a brand.

    • Training Material: Educational resources (manuals, videos) to help you learn about a brand's product or service.

    • Whitepaper: An in-depth report on a specific brand, often used to educate or establish thought leadership.

    • Other: Any additional resources that don’t fit the categories above, like brochures or demo videos.

    Select Brand to filter by resources uploaded by a specific brand.

  3. Select [Column] [Columns] on the right of the screen to add or remove columns from the table.

    • See the Columns reference below for more information about the columns in the table.

    Preview

    View a preview of the resource.

    Name

    The name the brand has given to the resource.

    Description

    A brief description of the resource.

    Brand

    The brand that uploaded the resource.

    Category

    The category in which the resource belongs.

    Labels

    Labels added by the brand to help you find the resource more easily.

    Last Updated

    The date the resource was last updated.

  4. Where applicable, hover over the resource and select [More] [More]Download to download it.

    • Alternatively, hover over the resource and select [More] [More]View to View it.
