Forensiq Account Settings Basics

After logging in and familiarizing yourself with Forensiq, it's important to review your account settings to ensure they're accurate and up-to-date. This article covers the basics of your account settings to get you started.

From the left nav bar, select [Menu] → Settings. Your account settings are in the left row. The descriptions below show the settings you can change in each section.

General Account Settings

To edit a field, hover your cursor over it and select the [Edit] icon on the right side. If a field is greyed out and you need to change it, create a support ticket.

Company Information

While these details are typically entered when you create your account, it's important to periodically review them and ensure they're up-to-date. Here you'll review Basic Information, Tax Information, Addresses, and Contacts. It's important to list contacts here so can easily contact you.

Account Users

Here you can invite your colleagues or an agency to access your company's Forensiq account. Select Invite Users to choose the type of user, and then you can configure their access permissions. You can also review who currently has access to your account and adjust or revoke access on a per-user basis.

Account Security Settings

Configure the security settings of your account—these settings also affect your invited members and/or agencies who have access to your account.

Technical Settings


View your account's unique API credentials or generate new API auth tokens.
